Sleepouts built by Year 13 students are for sale

These sleep-outs are built by the year 13 students of Taupo-nui-a-Tia College, and are built to the relevant building codes. 

They would normally sell for approx $15,000 but we are selling them at the amazing price of $5,500 as they are a community based project. They have been designed for learning, not a profit making; we just need to cover costs.

Their floor areas are 10 s/m, one being ( 3.300 X 3.000 ) the other ( 4.200 X 2.350 )

They will make a fabulous additional living or storage space for anybody's property.
