Pink Shirt Day

Nui students stand together against bullying

Last Friday, the Cultural Committee organised a Pink Shirt Day to raise awareness around bullying. Staff and students wore pink to show their support for all people to feel safe, respected and included in our community. Students also wrote messages on the brick wall at Nui to show their solidarity. The day was finished off with the Cultural Committee visiting classes and delivering chocolates to the staff and students at the college. It was a welcome way to finish our first week back this term!
