Congratulations to our Nui students who who attended the NZ DTL Clay Target Championships in Christchurch over the last week. Caitlin Simpson, Ella Christensen and Casey Thorby all produced excellent results and came away with accolades. 

Caitlin demonstrated excellent skills and won the NZ Ladies doubles. She was also NZ Ladies High Overall Champion 2020 and named in the NZ Junior Mackintosh team. 

Ella worked hard and won a bronze medal in her first Nationals in the C Grade Points Score after a shoot off. 

Casey had an outstanding week, coming away with 2 medals in his grade. Casey also qualified for the NZ Open Mackintosh team, surpassing many other very experienced shooters for this spot.
