Girls play hard in Women's Finals

Our Girls Basketball Team played a tough game at the recent Lake Taupo Womens Basketball Finals. Our Senior Girls team played against Te Kapa o Te Rangiita ki Oruanui, and it was a close game in the first quarter with a score of 8-7 to them. By the second quarter it was 16 all, and in the third quarter the game was still close at 25-24 to them. The last quarter the game picked up and the final score was 43-34 to them. We are very proud of the sportsmanship and team spirit of our girls on the day--well done!
