Girls Rugby teams play in the BOP and King Country Competitions

On Monday 17th of May, our Girls Rugby teams competed in the BOP grading festival. Our U18 team played a very close game against Mt Maunganui but just lost with a final score of 22-24.  They also played against Rotorua Lakes and Tauranga Girls, where they had some great wins. The U16 team also competed, with two good wins and one loss. A great result for a team with lots of young players!

 Both teams also competed in the King Country Les Elders Wahine Toa Program. On Wednesday the 19th of May, they took out a convincing win against Ruapehu.  The finals evening for this program is on tonight and we wish our girls all the best!
