During the last week of Term 1 on Tuesday 31 March, we sent a team of students to this event held at Reporoa Pony Club.
Twelve riders enjoyed a fabulous day at the annual interschool gymkhana, with stunning weather adding to the occasion.
Our turnout team of Caitlyn Philpott, Kahlia Evans, and Paige Fitzgerald scrubbed their horses till they sparkled and earnt a fourth place for their efforts.
Lucy Terry also had a standout day, achieving the second-highest individual points overall and being named Reserve Champion.
While the team didn’t place in the final standings, it was a wonderful day enjoyed by all. A big thank you to our whānau for supporting their children and making it possible for them to attend and compete.
