Today our students had the fantastic opportunity to hear from HEB Construction, who visited our school to share the wide range of career pathways in the construction industry here in Taupō. From engineering and project management to machinery operation and trade roles, students got a real insight into how diverse the industry is and how many opportunities are available locally and beyond.
A huge thank you to the team from HEB Construction for taking the time to answer our students’ many questions and for inspiring them to think about the different directions their futures could take.
It’s these real-world conversations that help our students connect classroom learning with the opportunities waiting for them in the workforce.
