This event is open to a select number of schools and this year we were lucky to get a spot. Each school can enter a team of 4 riders. It is held at the prestigious Takapoto Estate Equestrian Centre.
Our team: Ella Nelson, Mylee Singleton, Grace Harcourt, Ciana Cooper
The girls had great team spirit, dressing up in school colours and really getting amongst the atmosphere.
They certainly held their own, with many top ten placings.
MVP Ciana Cooper (4th and 6th in 2 of her classes).
Overall the team placed 20th out of 45 high calibre schools.
The top placing teams were all from schools with established equestrian programmes, so its a credit that we were so competitive.
