As part of Maths week, students have been participating in alternative maths learning. Here are some of the results from the lunchtime Solving Soma Cubes. Students made the cube, the tower, the well, the monument, and the airplane. One group used 1 piece as the preimage, then scaled this by a factor of 2 using the remaining 6 pieces - tino mohio e tama ma!!
