This week saw our Senior Kī-o-Rahi team travel to the 2023 Te Arawa Secondary Schools Kī-o-Rahi National Tournament in Rotorua. After taking out the Tuwharetoa Regional Tournament earlier in the year, they had to step it up a level to compete against the highly skilled teams in the national competition. Day 1 brought 2 wins and 2 losses, while Day 2 saw our team win all 4 of their final matches as well as an appearance on Māori TV. Well done to everyone for your hard mahi and dedication during your school holidays. Ka mau te wehi!
