Our rugby Girls 1st XV played their 1st big game against Sacred Heart Girls College in the Chiefs Manawa Girls 1st XV Secondary School Rugby Competition on Wednesday. This is a new competition, including 2 teams from each province in the Chiefs region. The girls are very excited to be a part of history being made in Women's Rugby. The half-time score was 36-12 and full time 54-24 to Sacred Heart. Overall the girls played very well and it was an excellent game to watch!!
